About Us
My name is Jacqueline Moyles and I am a qualified and experience Montessori Teacher, teaching since 2002, I have 10 years experience in this industry. I extended my service in September 2011 and opened Moyles Montessori Preschool; it is a purpose built preschool which is location on the Church Road, Ballina, Co. Mayo. I employ 1 member of staff – her name is Thelma Clarke and she has a degree in Early Childhood Care and Education, she has 3 years experience in this industry.
I am registered with the HSE as a Sessional Pre-School Service. The Montessori is insured and regulatory compliant. I am registered to participate in the ECCE (Free Pre-school Year) scheme since January 2010. I am a member of St. Nicholas Montessori Society and Early Childhood Ireland and both Thelma and I have current Garda Clearance.

Inclusive Service:
Our Montessori Service supports inclusive services for all children. We want all children to have full and active participation in our early year’s service. Therefore, if there is anything in relation to the needs of your child that you would like to discuss, or if your child has any particular support needs, a support meeting can be held with senior practitioner and any relevant support services involved.

The Montessori materials cover development activities designed to meet the needs of children in five curriculum units.

Jacqueline Moyles Montessori is open September to June inclusive apart from Bank Holidays, Holy days and the regular Primary school breaks/holidays.
Outdoor Activities
The Montessori has its own secure play area which is used for physical activities, nature study and gardening.
